The Aviator floor plan is a 3-story urban style townhome with tons of character! The Aviator boasts 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level. As you walk in your front door stairs lead you to the main living level. The entire main living level has a 9′ open truss ceiling. There are two different colors you can choose from for the main living level ceiling. Oversized double-pane insulated windows are used to let in plenty of natural light.
